Business Mediation

Business conflicts can exist between companies or internally between owners or stakeholders in a company. Using mediation to resolve business conflicts is a preferrable alternative to costly and time-consuming options like arbitration and litigation. All parties in the dispute are brought together in a safe, confidential space where a mediator(s) guide them through the process of sharing their point of view in a respectful and judgment-free manner. Typically, once an agreement has been reached the parties will sign a settlement agreement document that outlines the final details of the resolution.

Business Partner Issues

At Mediate for Life, we won’t tell you who you should or shouldn’t choose to be your business partner. What we will do is help you cull through the vast amount of misunderstanding and misconception that builds up in a poorly operating partnership and reframe the partners vision onto the following three areas: power and who wields it; equity and is it fair; and work load and how is it organized.

Trust issues and poor communication are the two greatest obstacles to a successful business partnership and it is inevitable that there will be disagreements within the partnership — but these disputes can be managed and breakthroughs can be attained through mediation.

Our mediation environment can repair the trust and communication problems and provide the tools and professional guidance to reconnect to trust and mutual commitment to the goals and objectives of all the partners and their commitment to the partnership.
